The Chadwick 41 from Porter Davis looks like it could be a winner! It is almost identical to the Elston by Henley that we saw 5 years ago. There are a few differences but most are improvement with the exception of the master. Not a fan of the master layout, ensuite & size of the WIR. I really like the long robes with clothes on either side, usually hidden behind a wall behind the bed. Because of our wish to get everything exactly as we want, we will use this floorplan as a base and seek out independent builders for quotes. Saying that if it appears that this path will result in a dramatic price difference, rather than downsize & surrender some of the wish list we’ll consider Porter Davis and accept imperfection.
